Very true, Peter.

One of the most difficult aspects of living is knowing when to forgive and forget, and when to seek justice. It’s “an eye for an eye leaves the whole world blind” vs “all it takes for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing”. We live and learn, and we reap consequences for our errors and lack of wisdom. As for our leaders, we need to choose ones who are old enough to have already learned many of life’s lessons and have acquired some wisdom and discernment.

I am grateful that President Trump - whatever his flaws and past mistakes - has reached a point in life where he has some wisdom!

Schools need to teach history’s lessons so that people can benefit from them. Parents, society’s leaders, and writers need to do the same. Bless you, Peter, for doing more than your fair share of imparting wisdom to your readers. You are a treasure!
